When you find jobs you're interested in, take a note of the skills and see what you need to hone or develop. There are many webinars/free courses online to help develop these.
In addition to Indeed & LinkedIn try State sites (Mass.gov) and MASSterlist
Follow organizations you admire or contribute to as they often will email their list when new jobs open up
Network: ask colleagues, cold email, conduct informational interviews
Use your cover letter to explain why your MSW is relevant
Highlight the relevance of your key skills & background
